Role of Evercrest Travel Co.
Evercrest Travel Co. assists with researching, recommending, arranging, and coordinating travel services provided by independent third-party suppliers. Prices, availability, schedules, amenities, policies, refunds, waivers, and service delivery remain subject to the terms and decisions of the applicable supplier.
Documentation and entry requirements
Travelers are responsible for verifying current passport, visa, health, vaccination, and entry requirements through official government sources.
Travel insurance
Travel insurance will be offered when applicable. Coverage, exclusions, eligibility, and claims decisions are controlled by the insurance provider.
Confirmation of reservations
No travel reservation is confirmed until the applicable supplier issues confirmation.
Business and accreditation disclosures
