Accessibility
How this site is built to be usable by everyone, and how accessibility needs are handled in planning.
Our commitment
Evercrest Travel Co. wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including travelers who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or reduced-motion settings.
The site aims to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a working standard. Accessibility is treated as ongoing work rather than a finished state.
What is in place
The site is built with the following practices:
- Semantic headings and landmarks so pages can be navigated by structure
- Labels and descriptive helper text on every form field
- Keyboard-operable navigation, menus, accordions, and forms with visible focus
- Text contrast chosen to remain legible against the ivory and charcoal palette
- Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images, with decorative imagery hidden from assistive technology
- Responsive layouts that reflow for small screens and support browser zoom
- Comfortable tap targets on links, buttons, and email addresses
Accessibility in travel planning
Both inquiry forms include an optional field for mobility, dietary, sensory, accessibility, and accommodation considerations, so those needs shape planning from the start rather than being handled at the end.
Please do not submit detailed medical records through the website. Where a supplier requires specific documentation, I will explain a secure way to provide it. Accessible-room availability, equipment, transfer options, and service delivery are ultimately determined by each supplier.
Feedback and assistance
If any part of this website or the inquiry process is difficult to use, email mark@evercresttravel.com and describe the page and the barrier. I will respond within two business days and will provide the same information in another format, including by phone or email, if that is easier for you.
Email mark@evercresttravel.com with accessibility feedback, or start an inquiry.
